Returns & Exchanges
At Bearvel, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our returns and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items or final clearance items are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@bearvel.com to begin the return process. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your items. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
While we are unable to offer free exchanges at this time, we are committed to making the exchange process as simple and straightforward as possible. If you need a different size or color, email us at hello@bearvel.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note:
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at hello@bearvel.com with the following:
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
- A photo of the packaging.
- Your order number.
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
International Returns
At this time, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued for the product value only, excluding shipping costs.
