Order Processing Time
As soon as you make a Bearvel purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to ensure timely delivery. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to carefully prepare and dispatch your order.
Transit Times
Once shipped, deliveries typically take 4-10 business days from the dispatch date. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. We understand that shipping times are important to our customers, and we are continually working to improve delivery speed.
Please note: Most carriers do not deliver or transport on major holidays, which may cause delays in package delivery.
Free Shipping for Orders $75+ (USD)
We are happy to offer free ground shipping on US orders over $75. To qualify, your order must total $75 before taxes and after any discounts. Orders under $75 will incur a flat $10 shipping fee. Occasionally, we may run special shipping promotions throughout the year.
Global Shipping
We ship internationally to a growing list of countries, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and others. Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically range from 5–14 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and certain countries may qualify for free shipping based on order value.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please check your shipping confirmation email. The item may have gone out of stock between the time your order was placed and shipped. In such cases, this will be noted in your shipping confirmation email, and you will not be charged for the missing item.

Delivery Failure Due to Absence or Unclear Address
Occasionally, delivery attempts may fail due to an incomplete or unclear address or your absence at the time of delivery.
To avoid such issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails, our team will contact you via email to resolve the issue. If you do not respond promptly, the package may be returned to us or discarded. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping fee.
Note: We cannot modify shipping details after an order has been processed. The shipping label will be printed exactly as provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately with the following three photos, as we need to report the issue to the shipping carrier:
- A photo of the exterior packaging (e.g., flyer envelope or box).
- A photo of the items inside the packaging.
- A photo of the damaged item(s), showing the issue clearly.
Please note: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of package delivery.
Taxes and Customs
Any additional fees (e.g., import tax, duties, foreign transaction fees, or customs charges) are not included in your checkout payment. As the consignee (importer of record), you are responsible for complying with your local regulations and covering any applicable charges. Bearvel does not control or influence these fees.
